If you can keep everything simple your life will be too. Over complication only causes stress and less production. I’ve just started to really look at what I can do to make my life simple and I will tell you I truly truly enjoy it.

Nice! Do you just cook simple foods or more so like you just stay in and cook?

Just cook simple food, as in don’t use that many complicated ingredients 😉
